We understand that not all monitors display colors exactly the same. We do our best to take accurate photos, test on industry standard monitors and describe the colors in the Product Description. If for some reason, the colors are not as you would like, please email us with your concerns and we will do whatever is necessary to assure your satisfaction. 

If a return does become necessary, the return must be made within 10 days of purchase. All products must be in their original condition. Please include insurance or delivery tracking and notify us in advance. Upon receipt, a full refund will be issued less any shipping charges. 

As a courtesy, if you prefer to make a one time exchange of equal or greater value, we will ship the exchanged items at our expense.
