How to set the meeting up for success.
They’re new – make it fun for them. Teach your team to sell new recruits on how special it is to get private time with the RVP.

He does this orientation every Saturday.
Momentum – goes to those that respect it. Treat momentum like a Queen and she’ll take care of you.
In the last 8 days Mario personally got 3 directs who turned into 20 recruits and 20 sales. After the call I asked him how he got them:
1. He lives 4 hours away. Saw Mario on Facebook and sent him a text. Mario told him if he was interested to drive down and start a new life. He did.
2. He called a past recruit who had dropped out of the business, told him how things how changed, how much excitement and success was happening now and recruited him back into the business.
3. A mechanic was fixing his car and Mario asked him “what’s a sharp guy like you doing working on cars?" Bingo he recruited him.
