Assam Gold is a 'TGFOP' grade black tea. The dry leaves have a malty sweet aroma, which produce a rich, smooth amber cup. Delicious with or without milk.

1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water.

For the best tasting tea, use spring water or filtered water. The quality of the water is as important as the tea itself. Assam Gold is best steeped for 3-5 minutes at between 205-212F.
