Earl Grey is an organic & Fair Trade black tea with a twist of bergamot citrus. This tea is medium bodied, and is flavorful without astringency. Nice mellow bergamot flavor, not as pronounced as with our Earl Grey No. 9.

1 teaspoon tea per 8 oz of water.

For the best tasting tea, use spring water or filtered water. The quality of the water is as important as the tea itself. This tea is best steeped for 3-5 minutes at between 205-212F.
