Dubliner's Irish Breakfast is pure, unadulterated Assam CTC (cut, torn and curled). Assam CTC produces a classic Irish Breakfast tea, strong, malty and delicious. Perfect with milk or without. This is also a perfect tea for those who like to make their own blend of chai.

1 teaspoon tea per 8 oz of water(scant if you like a clean cup, level or heaping if you like it on the dark side).

For the best tasting tea, use spring water or filtered water. The quality of the water is as important as the tea itself. Dubliner's Irish Breakfast is best steeped for 2-4 minutes between 205-212F.
