TeethNThings Shipping Policy

Thanks for your purchase!  We appreciate your patronage!

Return Policy

TeethNThings.com  strives to provide the highest level of customer service, and wants its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.  If you have any questions, either before or after receiving an item, please contact our Customer Service department at sales@teethnthings.com so that we can promptly address your concern.

You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of the purchase date.  For items that are defective, the purchase price less shipping will be refunded or the item will be replaced.  Non-defective items will be provided a full refund less a 10-50% restocking fee and shipping costs. All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact teethnthings.com so that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.

DUE TO the personal nature of most of our products, returns on most products cannot be accepted.  Let's be honest, returning a used toothbrush is just gross.  =:)  Items that have been opened but not used, have opened or defaced packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards or manuals, missing UPC/barcodes, or in a condition that would not be acceptable for resale will  be refused.  Because we received an item, does NOT mean it was accepted.

To process a return, please follow the steps below:
 
1.  Repack the merchandise carefully. 

2.  Please include your name, address, daytime telephone number, order number, and the reason for return.

3.  Send your package via a traceable method.  UPS or return receipt by US Post Office is recommended.

You will receive your credit within 7-14 business days of receipt in our office.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  We DO NOT pay return shipping fees.

SHIPPING EXPLAINED

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

You'll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order form, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also appear in Your Account once you've placed your order.

Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.

For example, if you order an item that is listed as "Usually ships in 2-3 days" and select standard U.S. shipping (which typically takes 3-5 business days), you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive 5-8 business days after you place it.

International customers: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

What if I want to get my items faster?

You can select a different shipping speed by clicking the radio button next to that option on the order form. Note that changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability). If you want to change your shipping speed after placing the order, visit Your Account.

If I request One-Day Shipping, will I get my order the next day?

Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. Also, when you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

How much does shipping cost?

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?

Orders will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:

  • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
  • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
  • If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.

What happens in shipping an order?

When you place your order, it is collated with other orders and is reported to us.  The report is gathered each weekday morning. (We do not process orders on weekends).  Orders are processed from the report individually.  A shipping label is produced, the order packed, and placed for pickup by USPS or FedEx.  At the time of label printing, an email is sent to the buyer confirming shipment, and the shipment is reported to the  website account.  If orders are processed after the shipping company pickup for the day, the items will be picked up the following day.  An order is considered shipped by TeethNThings.com when the label is generated, packed, and placed on the dock for pickup.  Internal tracking ends at that point.  You can follow your shipment using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

We ship Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (except holidays)  upon receipt of your payment.   Our office is closed weekends and Wednesdays.  Weekend orders are picked and packed on Monday and ship Tuesday.  Normally, we pick and package the goods the day after your order, and ship them out the second day after your order.  This ensures accuracy in order packing.  Sometimes,  this process occurs more quickly but generally, your package is sent out on the second day.

Standard Shipping

We ship Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (except holidays)  upon receipt of your payment. 

We will use FedEx Ground, USPS First class, USPS Priority, or USPS Overnight  (at our discretion) for buyers in U.S.

Your item will  be shipped via USPS or FedEx (at our discretion) for buyers outside U.S.

Buyers outside U.S. are all responsible for any customs fees or taxes and other duties.

Delivery time is 3-7 days.

You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Expedited Shipping

We ship Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (except holidays)  upon receipt of your payment. 

We will use FedEx Express, USPS First class, USPS Priority, or USPS Overnight  (at our discretion) for buyers in U.S.

Your item will be shipped via USPS Global Express or FedEx (at our discretion) for buyers outside U.S.

Buyers outside U.S. are all responsible for any customs fees or taxes and other duties.

Handling time is 2-4 days.

You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Express Shipping

We ship Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (except holidays)  upon receipt of your payment. 

We will use FedEx Express or USPS Overnight  (at our discretion) for buyers in U.S.

Your item will  be shipped via USPS Global Express or FedEx (at our discretion) for buyers outside U.S.

Buyers outside U.S. are all responsible for any customs fees or taxes and other duties.

Handling time is 1-2 days.  This is NOT Guaranteed overnight.  We ship overnight from one of the above shipping days.

You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

PLEASE NOTE:

It is YOUR choice of shipment speed.  It is impossible for us to know whether you really wanted a shipment expedited.  Shipping method is at TeethNThing's discretion to achieve the stated shipping time.  We have received complaints from individual's purchasing small items and paying $30 to Express ship it.  That is YOUR CHOICE.  We will NOT refund shipping fees because you changed your mind about YOUR choice of shipping.
