Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Does the shipping cost include a handling fee? A: Yes. Currently, the handling fee is $2.50 for all orders to cover costs for shipping supplies and labor.
Q: What kinds of security measures have been taken for the USHPA eStore? A: The USHPA has taken the following measures to protect your information:
• We're using eBay ProStores, which is compliant with the PCI/CISP program. • We do not store your Credit Card number in the store's database. Contact information can be removed from the database at any time by requesting the Office to do it. • We use your Card Verification Number in transactions to prevent card theft. • We maintain information in accordance with the USHPA Privacy Policy.
