The International Pilot Proficiency Identification card, sponsored by the Federation Aeronautic International (FAI) - used in conjunction with your current USHPA card.
This card is your universal pilot rating card for the SafePro and ParaPro programs from the FAI and it may be necessary when flying overseas. The IPPI card is not a stand-alone card, but is to be used in conjunction with your current membership card. You must be a current USHPA member for USHPA to issue an IPPI card to you.
