They founded Wills Wing the only surviving American manufacturer/distributor of hang gliders and paragliders. Bob Wills would lose his life pioneering hang glider flight. Two legendary pilots guide the audience through these extreme sports with their narrative. Rob Kells has been president of Wills Wing since age 21 as well as top competitor and test pilot. Mitch McAleer is considered the best hang glider aerobatic competition pilot of all time. He is also a top paraglider pilot.
The docupic also features Dan Racanneli the sports first great aerobatic pilots who died in a competition, Dave Gibson a great sail maker, Ron Young the first pilot that did loops in competition. John Heiney a top designer/competitor, Aaron Swepston its new school weekend warrior, and Chris Santacroce a pioneering aerobatic paraglider pilot. These pilots all compete in the aerobatic competition duels head to head. We follow the development of modern hang gliders and paragliders thru their flights and narratives.

The audience views both the glory and tragedy of these edgy extreme sports . Wing mounted POV cameras provide the docupic with an in the air thrill ride from the Rocky Mountains to the Pacific coast.
