Store PoliciesStepping Out-the urban shoe spa offers the following Returns Policy: 385 17th Street Oakland, Ca 94612 It is important that you are happy with your experience with Stepping Out. If you are not satisfied in any way, let us know so that we can correct it. For Returns: Please follow the simple instructions that are enclosed with your Stepping Out order invoice. We will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased that meet the following conditions: 1) Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and in its original box within 30 days of the invoice/purchase date. 2) Return merchandise should be packaged in its original packaging (both inside box and outside shipping container if any and in suitable condition) with the completed packaging slip (found with the original invoice) and returned to the address on the order invoice. 3) We recommend that all return merchandise be returned through US POSTAL Service who will provide you with a tracking number automatically with your shipment. We want to be able to track your return request. It would be unfortunate if something happened to your return in transit and you were unable to track it! A credit for the cost of the returned merchandise minus shipping charges only will appear on the original credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). Please allow I to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For additional information, please contact your credit card company. For Exchanges: Exchanges are handled in a similar manner to the return procedure with the following exceptions: 1) Merchandise for exchange must be returned in it's original condition and in it's original box within 30 days of the invoice/ purchase date. 2) Merchandise returned for exchange should be packaged in its original packaging (both inside box and outside shipping container, if in suitable condition) with the completed packaging slip (found with the original invoice) and returned to the address on the order invoice. 3) We recommend that all return merchandise be returned via a request through Customer Service for a free return label. We want to be able to track your return request. It would be unfortunate if something happened to your return in transit and you were unable to track it! Once the item is received, Stepping Out will process exchanges and new shipping charges in a timely manner. Please allow for shipping time in both directions and 5 business days to process your exchange order. You will be notified promptly of out of stock positions and your original credit card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. |
