Store Policies

TSC Karaoke offers the following Returns Policy:Music software is exchangable for same title only if defective. Unopened disc may be returned for store credit witin 7 days of purchase.
Hardware is returnable in sealed original condition for 30 days from purchase.  Any problems with hardware  must be reported within 7 days of purchase. All issues after that will be covered by applicable manufacturers warranties only.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless item is received DOA, and TSC is notified with 24 hrs of receipt
