The Science Shop® offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in original packaging, clean and in unused condition.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Lab glass and chemicals are not returnable.

Returns will only be accepted with a valid Return Authorization number. To make a return request please call 800-282-3248 or email us at returnrequest@scienceshopusa.com.

Compliance with CA State Regulation 11107.Sale of Laboratory Items.

ORDERS EXCEEDING $100 for laboratory items including: laboratory glassware or apparatus, any chemical reagent or solvent, or any combination thereof.  We are required by government drug enforcement agencies to obtain "valid identifying information" which means two or more of the following: federal tax identification number; resale tax identification number, city or county business license number; license issued by the State Department of Health Services; registration number issued by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration; precursor business permit number issued by the Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement of the Department of Justice; motor vehicle operator's license (driver's license); or other identification issued by a state.

In order to comply with these demands and to ensure that your order will be shipped in a timely manner, please provide two forms of indentification mentioned in the preceeding paragraph during checkout by registering as a customer.

Order/Shipping Discrepancies:

We do our best to fulfill your order promptly and correctly, but mistakes can happen.  If you received the wrong items or an item is missing from your order please notify us within 5 days of the receipt of the shipment. This will allow us to check the error and ship the correct items in a timely manner.
