We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our SECURE SERVER. We also accept money orders and personal checks made out to 'The Lavender Fields'. Orders placed with personal checks will be held until the check clears, usually 10 business days.

Order On-Line by using our secure shopping cart. Your total, including shipping, will be calculated for you.

Our Order Form may be printed and mailed to us with your check or credit card number to: P.O. Box 2162, Valley Center, CA 92082.

Shipping: We will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Terms: If you are not completely satisfied with your product, (please contact us by email notifying us of the return shipment) send it back to us within 10 days and we will give you a prompt refund or exchange. Please include packing slips with all returns. We will only accept returns on unopened products. We are unable to pay return shipping charges and can offer no refund on original shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items, so please insure your package accordingly.

International Orders: At this time we can only accept orders from within the continental USA.

Damages: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any broken or damaged item.
