Gift certificates must be redeemed through TheLavenderFields.com Web site, http://www.thelavenderfields.com, toward the purchase of products listed in The Lavender Fields online catalog. Gift certificates may also be redeemed for the purchase of products from The Lavender Fields farm store when the farm is open seasonally, and from The Lavender Fields Escondido Antique Mall shop. 2. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. 3. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance. 4. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card. 5. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Product Description To redeem your Gift Certificate when purchasing from our Web site, please enter your gift code at checkout. Your gift certificate face amount will be deducted from your total. Usage is limited to once per customer, therefore the entire balance must be used at one time. Any overage amount must be paid with a credit card. To redeem your Gift Certificate when purchasing from one of our stores, please submit the paper copy of your certificate which will be left with the store cashier. Usage is limited to once per customer and any overage must be paid at the time of purchase with cash or credit card.
