Lavender Sugar is a complement to berries, bringing out their sweet berry flavors. Use it in angel food cake, shortcake, whipped cream, in sugar cookies and other lightly flavored sweets. When using the sugar, pass it through a strainer to remove the buds or leave them in. Toss the sugar with buds in a food processor to grind it up if desired. 3.20 oz net wt.
