Organically grown and distilled right on the farm in San Diego, California, our sweet honey scented hydrosols are the best that money can buy. Hydrosol is the co-product of distillation for essential oil. Oil is distilled using steam, and once the process is complete the essential oil is skimmed off and bottled. What is left is the distillate water, full of the lavender properties of relaxation and healing, but without the lavender scent which is removed with the oil (the acids of the essential oil contain the perfume). We've packaged several different varieties in 1 qt. size for the professional therapist or home-based cosmetic manufacturer.
