Store Policies
Orders for packaged products placed by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day.
Refund Policy - We want our customers to be completely satisfied, and we will refund your purchase if for some reason our product does not meet your expectations. We encourage you to download any available demo versions of our products prior to purchase to be sure they meet your needs. If you purchased one of our software products through a retail outlet or reseller, please contact the seller to determine their return policy.
