Store Policies
- Most of the items we sell are shipped directly from one of our warehouses, which are located all over the US.
- We do ship internationally, please contact us for a shipping quote.
- We ship via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. Different items ship by different methods, we will ship with which ever provider is the best for your items.
- Items returned must be received in perfect condition with all accessories, manuals, instructions, installation hardware, and original packaging within 30 days from the original purchase to be eligible for a refund.
- Products that have been installed are not able to be returned unless under manufacturers warranty.
- Some returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns will only be accepted for 30 days after the original invoice date. Special orders, books, videotapes, software, test CD's, and custom cut wire/cable, carpet and grill cloth are not returnable. Used, worn, or damaged products returned without all packing and/or manuals are not returnable and will not be accepted.
- Please email us at sales@streetstylecustoms.com to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) BEFORE RETURNING defective products and invoices over $250.00. Some defective products are under manufacturer's warranty and must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
- Any shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. For any product to be returned as damaged the product must be returned in the original packing, damage claims will not be accepted without the original packing. Products defective or damaged as a result of misuse are returned to customer at customer's expense and return shipping charged to the customer.
- Pack product carefully and in a secure outer carton to avoid shipping damage. Do not ship items back in their retail display package. Place a copy of your original invoice in the packing with the RGA number written on it. We recommend that you ship via UPS Ground with insurance. Street Style Customs is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment. - Shipping charges are only possible to be refunded in the case of defective, damaged or incorrect part. COD not accepted.
- Please allow 7-10 days for return processing. To avoid a delay in this process please include a statement with an explanation of the reason for the return. (Type of damage, incorrect items received, nature of defect, etc.)
Backorder Policy
- Items not available for shipment are backordered. Handling fees and shipping charges are waived on mobile electronics. These charges stand on all other products. Multiple backordered items from the same order will ship together. Small, lightweight backorders may ship USPS. We will notify you in the unusual event we cannot ship the backorder within 45 days from the order date.
Pricing Policy
- Street Style Customs reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Shipping Information
- We will ship all products in stock within 24 hours of the order being placed. In the event we do not stock the part we will order the product within 24 hours of the order to get the product in transit. Our customers have stated they normally receive their in stock orders within 2-3 business days. In the event the product has to come from our warehouse, delivery normally takes between 3-5 business days. In the event of a backorder you will be notified within 24 hours to verify the status and confirm the order.
