Stonehouse Samples offers the following Returns Policy: Stonehouse is not responsible for fees charged by FedEx, UPS, Post Office or other shippers in instances where the customer provides LeRoyMusic with incorrect ship to or bill to address information (Street, City, State, Zip Code, etc.). Shipper correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer and the customer will be charged for such fees. All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of product shipment. Orders may ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart. Please check your packing slip before reporting a shortage. Stonehouse requests that customers preserve a copy of the invoice for Granite sample chips - a copy of the invoice will be needed to claim the refund for the same when a granite top is purchased. All sales are final and there will be no returns.
