SensGard LLC warrants that for a period of 60 days from the date of shipment the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. SensGard LLC will replace damaged products proven to have manufacturing defects free of charge.

SensGard LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage or liability, direct or indirect resulting from the sale, use, misuse or the inability of the wearer to use the products as recommended.
