Monday to Saturday 11-00am to 6-00 pm

Sunday 12-00pm to 5-00pm

Do I have to pay sales tax?

USA: No, you don’t have to pay sales tax.

Canada: If you are located in British Columbia,you,ll have to pay 5% GST & 7% PST For Residents of all other provinces, you just have to pay 5% GST.

Do I have to pay Customs Duty?

USA: Please note,if you are in the USA,buying from us is just like buying from someone in the USA.We'll ship quickly ,and you will not be charged any Customs Fee, Brokerage Fee or Duty, We cover them, If you are charged ,we will pickup the tab, GUARANTEED.

Canada; We ship all the rugs from our warehouse located in Vancouver,BC.You don’t have to pay any Customs Duty and Brokerage Fee.

International: International orders may be subject to customs fee, import duties or other fees imposed by your government. All these charges are your responsibility ,and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional charges.

Do you ship to my country ?

RugPir ships to all over the world,and we determine the international shipping rates on order by order basis. Please contact us before you place your order for shipping rate quote.

Do you offer additional discount for Multiple Items purchase ?

RugPir is a wholesale warehouse, the more you buy the more you save. There will be additional 10% discount on 2nd rug and 15% discount on the 3rd rug. There will be 20% discount if you buy 4 or more rugs in a single receipt.

If you,re returning a rug from USA,please clearly mark your package with the words” Canadian Goods being Returned” to ensure that no Customs charges are applied.

Do your images represent the true colors of your rugs ?

Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual rug colors delivered.
