WARRANTY POLICY: All parts carry their respective manufacturer's warranties, these are passed along to you or at minimum all non-electrical and hydraulic parts are guaranteed for 30 days. Electrical, electronic and hydraulic components are guaranteed not to be DOA (dead on arrival) only and are non-returnable due to nature. SALES POLICY: We do not ship c.o.d. anywhere. All sales must be prepaid by VISA-MC-AMEX-DISCOVER or via money order or check (held until clear), no exceptions will be made. All online store purchases are phone verified, our online software will never ask for a CVT code, this is done for your security so please make sure you enter your correct phone number and email address otherwise we will be unable to complete your purchase. Please note: We can only ship to your credit card’s billing address or your registered ship to address. RETURN POLICY: No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Authorized returns on new parts are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 14 days or if component has been installed or damaged in anyway. No returns on electrical or electronic components. DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS: We try our best to ensure only the highest quality product goes out to our customers. Any component deemed defective upon arrival must be immediately reported to our sales dept. We can not and will not substitute any parts without first receiving the defective component, alternatively, in cases where time is of the essence we can process/charge a second order and refund the initial order upon receipt of the defective merchandise. SHIPPING POLICY/DAMAGED GOODS: Shipping charges are non-refundable. All shipments are insured for the value of its contents. Any package received damaged must immediately be reported to the carrier by the customer INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan and most other countries allowed by the United States government. Overseas customers are carefully screened and all pertinent customer information is thoroughly verified, this process is generally quick and usually does not impose any delays on shipments
