We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! You have 7 days after receiving order to return merchandise. Returns must include original packing receipt and items must be unworn or unused with their original tags. The order number must clearly be marked on the package. You must use a shipping service for returns that provide a tracking number. Original shipping & handling cost are not refundable.  On any exchanges you are responsible for shipping both ways. We will send you an email to let you know when we have received the merchandise and issued the credit All jewelry, bath & body and sale items are FINAL SALE and not returnable.
