We offer engine rebuilding services at much lower prices than most dealerships and performance oriented shops. We can also provide modifications for endurance and or performance during assembly depending on your needs. This is a lot better deal than buying a used engine with unknown origin, certain wear and possible mechanical problems. UPS Shipping in the USA runs $50 to $95 each way.
Included in this auction: Normal wear parts are replaced including a complete Hotrod crankshaft, main bearings, cam chain, seals, gaskets, piston assembly, valves and guide seals. The labor includes taking apart the top and lower end, inspect all engine and transmission parts for wear or damage and then professionally assemble. Also includes disassembly and assembly of the head, professional valve seat cutting, soda blasting the carbon from ports and dome and vacuum test. We then brush hone the cylinder to leave a race ready surface for the new piston and rings. If you want more power or reliability options we can usually install the mods parts for no extra labor cost. If you need less than a complete rebuild, like case replacement or just the head work, give us a call or check out our other Ebay services in our ebay . Not included is a re-plating of the cylinder, valve seat or guide replacement and any parts not listed above. If your have massive damage, IE, broken cases, etc just send it in a we will give a total estimate for $65. (Note: The X model runs $1395)

All engines should be sent in a sturdy reusable crate such as a cooler about 20x20x20 will fit a CRF250. We will return it in the same container if possible. We accept paypal or Visa and Mastercard over the phone. Please call prior to sending so we can get the details and offer the current ETA.

Theses new 4-stroke race engines are basically a one cylinder version of a Formula F1. You shouldn't trust that kind of technology to most shops and dealerships? Even the valve seat cutting machines have become outdated in the last 6 years. We traded our Serdi in for a new race proven Rottler SG7 Seat and guide machine. Remember that the head and valves are the most critical part on the high RPM 4 stroke off road style MX motors and need the most maintenance. Don't skimp on perfection.
