Pepper Defense Spray is a legal (check your states regulations) non lethal defense device that temporarily blinds an attacker when properly sprayed in the facial area and eyes. Once sprayed, an attacker will not be able to open their eyes for 10 minutes. The blindness is usually followed by severe coughing and gasping, ending with an intense burning sensation on the skin and mucous membranes.
