Pricing is in US$. Resellers and pest control operators, please contact us for volume pricing.
Methods of Payment
No matter which payment method you plan to use, the shopping process is the same right through Check Out, where you will select your payment method.
   
Credit Cards: We welcome Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express cards.
PayPal: We welcome PayPal payments as well! 
Checks: We accept electronic checks, and paper checks and money orders. See our About Us page and contact us to make arrangements after you finish your online order.
When will you ship?
Adhesive Glueboard Light Traps, glueboards, and replacement lamps are generally shipped within 2 business days. Electric Grid Light traps and accessories are generally shipped within one week. We email your shipment tracking number after your order is shipped, and a credit card receipt if applicable.
Shipping Costs
Right now, we have a $10.00 flat rate shipping special storewide. Standard USA Shipping.
Most items are shipped UPS. Except for very small accessories, most items are packed and shipped separately via UPS to avoid excess shipping charges for oversize packages. Be sure to provide a street address for all but very small items.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on orders with a "Ship To" address in California. This will be automatically calculated for you at Check Out. IF YOU HAVE A CALIFORNIA RESALE PERMIT, contact us after placing your order.
Returns
We are proud of our products and stand behind them. We make every effort to assure the quality of our products before shipment. Customer satisfaction is our goal.
Brand new defective products will be replaced if returned promptly in new condition. If you are not pleased with your products for any reason, or you have another concern or warranty issue, we'll do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
