Store Policies

All sales are final and it is the consumer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address where a person over 21 will be available to sign for the shipment. We use UPS as our common carrier and they will attempt to deliver three times before returning the shipment back to us. You have a couple of different options if no one is available to sign for your shipment Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Refer to your infonotice left by UPS or call the winery as soon as possible.
