Matt Hughes captured the UFC World Welterweight Championship belt for a record sixth time by defeating Georges St. Pierre with a swift move, jumping across the downed St. Pierre, grabbing his right arm and extending it into an arm bar to bring an immediate tap out by the former undefeated opponent at 4:59 of the first round.
