How this works,

1) Submit a request via email or skype. (descriptions, tolerances, diagrams,etc...)
2) Let our in house specialist review your needs and put together a pre-quote.
3) Check your email for addition questions or information that might be needed to accomodate your quote.
4) Our team will deliver a quote for multiple options (up to three), that can achieve your desired effects.
5) Once pre-quoted you can choose the right option for your project, and we will Quote you dependant on quantity.

Free double checking follow up.

To ensure you are ordering correctly we will double check your order to positively identify your items and double check to make sure they are compatible with each other (ex. hinges and hinge plates, or lock bodies and plugs). If there is any discrepency we will notify you immediatly of a mismatch and ensure you are ordering the right product. This service is free and makes your life easier knowing you are being protected for simple over looked mistakes. Shipping services:

We ship using a combination of FedEx, USPS priority mail, and sometimes UPS. Upgrades to different carriers and shipping services may be requested through email (note: prices and delivery time subject to change). Notify us immideatly after your purchase of any special needs or delivery instructions. There is also an input box on the Paypal checkout page that this information may also be submitted. All orders recieved before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped same day. Normal shipments take 2-3 business days. Saturday delivery available upon request.
