The claim must be made within 3 days of item's delivery.

The item does not operate/perform in the manner it was described in the auction.

Or...the item does not match the item listed in the auction.

Any mistake made by Mike's Merchandise.

The item must be returned in the condition it was received with all original contents and packaging.
