All of our staff adhere to the highest standards in gathering, using, and safeguarding the information our clients entrust to us. The information is used for the purpose for which it was collected and is never sold, loaned or traded to third parties. All online orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using Secure Sockets Layer encryption. All account and personal information submitted is stored in an encrypted format, and is never held on a server or saved in a database. We welcome the opportunity to speak with you over the phone. Payment Payment is collected at the time of order. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Payment by check or money order may be arranged by contacting us directly.

Taxes Koba Industries and MadeOnRequest withholds taxes on all Sales within the state of New Mexico at the current rate of 6.875%. Purchasers are responsible for all taxes on products shipped to other states.

PRICING Prices are subject to change without notice. While we endeavor for 100% accuracy, there may be a time when an incorrect price appears on MadeOnRequest. You will be notified directly of any discrepancies. Your order will be refunded or shipped upon receipt of approval.

Cancellation Orders may be canceled for a refund within 24 hours of the time of confirmation but will be subject to card proccessing fees.

Returns Purchases can be returned for store credit only, less shipping, within 5 days from delivery date and only if accompanied by original receipt and in original packaging. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Custom orders are final sale. Once placed custom orders are not cancelable and are not returnable for credit. Returns must be properly packed and sent via UPS, FedEx or DHL at customer’s expense to:

We can not be responsible for damage reported after that time. We are really serious about packing. We want our products to arrive in pristine condition and become rather unhinged when something breaks in shipping. Shipping Please see delivery times on each item. Lead times are set to insure that each product is made to our standards. Upon receipt of your order we will email you an expected ship date.Please contact kenji@kobaind.com for expedited services. We use Federal Express for all our shipping needs and therefore can not ship to post office boxes. Please contact kenji@kobaind.com if you need to use other shipment methods. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchases passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the package to the carrier. All packages are insured for the purchased price.

International Shipping We do ship internationally. Contact kenji@kobaind.com for rates. International sales are non-returnable. We use fedex for all international shipments. All duties, taxes and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser/recipient

Indemnification All lighting is sold as sculpture. All light sculptures use UL approved components but are not UL Listed as a complete unit.
