SHIPPING:  We ship orders every weekday, Monday - Friday and typically ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Most orders will ship priority or global priority mail.  We offer a flat rate shipping charge, for your convenience.  The more you buy, the more you save!  Whenever possible, we will combine shipping and use flat rate envelopes & boxes.  We review every order when placed.  If we can provide you with a better shipping option, we pass the savings on to you!

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:  If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, feel free to return any unopened item (within 7 days of receiving product please)!  We will refund your money (less all shipping charges), once we receive the item back. Please contact us before items are returned. 

INVENTORY:  We strive to carry the very newest releases from some of your favorite manufacturers.  Occasionally, we do run out of stock on items that are listed. In the rare case that this happens, we will contact you before we ship your order and work out a solution that best meets your needs.
