Repairs
In addition to our returns policy, we offer repair services on American Indian handmade items, especially jewelry items. We can provide customers with a list of repair services and approximate prices upon request. Repairs always require pre-authorization, and the final price and turn-around determination occurs after we receive your item, so that we can appraise the best way to proceed. Depending upon stone availability, etc., repairs can take up to 8 weeks, but many can be accomplished easily in days. We will also let you know if the repair exceeds the value of the item. In any case, your approval will be needed before any costs are incurred.
Item Searches
If there is a specific item you have been trying to find, without luck, we can sometimes help, by sending your request among our large network of artisans and other direct traders. No guarantees of success, but depending upon your flexibility, we may be able to locate your item. Just let us know if there is something you would like us to search for.
