Store Policies
Your Account Your are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use the online store area of kattbank.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Kattbank.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
Return Policy Every kattbank is custom built based on your selections online. For this reason, we do not accept returns for product outside of reasons having to do with product defect and shipping damage. Because your order is non-returnable or refundable, we ask that you make your finish selections carefully. For your convenience, we will mail you up to four (4) finish samples at no charge for you to review prior to placing an order.
Shipping The cost of shipping will be calculated as a separate line item on your order. The shipper will deliver your product to your door. The shipper will not bring the product inside your home or remove packaging. If you would prefer “white glove” service for your shipment, this will be additional and you will need to contact our offices for a quote.
Shipping Damage / Warranty Claims Every once in a great while, something unfortunate happens. Should you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment we ask that you first document the damage thoroughly and retain possession of the packaging. Claims for shipping damage must be received within three (3) business days of product receipt in order to be properly processed. Failure to notify our offices and properly document the damage within this period constitutes a forfeiture of your right to a replacement due to freight damage. In the case of product defect, a solution will be determined between our office and you as to the best way to fix the problem. Because the product is heavy, large, and requires special packaging to ship, we will always first try to fix the damage or defect at or close to the delivery location rather than returning the complete shipment to the manufacturing facility.
Order Cancellation Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after order placement may be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of 20-50% of the purchase price.
Sales Tax The Kattbank home offices are located in the beautiful state of Oregon which is sales tax free. As the consumer, you are expected to comply with your local laws for internet purchases.

This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by these web sites. It will notify you of the following: 1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared. 2. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking from “https” at the beginning of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The computers / servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
