If, for whatever reason you decide you do not want the item:
- Merchandize must be received by us within 21 days from the day it was originally shipped by us.
-The customer is required to call our internet sales manager to receive a return authorization number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
-The merchandize must be unused and in pristine condition.
-Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and accessories. Items returned not meeting these conditions will be charged, at the discretion of our staff, a minimum of $10 or deemed ineligible for return.
-Customer is responsible for return freight and insurance for the full purchase price.
-Freight costs are not refunded.
- “FREE SHIPPING” items that are returned will be charged the original out going shipping costs of the items returned.
How Do I Get Free Shipping?
You must call us with your order to receive free shipping.We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states only (this excludes Hawaii and Alaska, sorry). Free shipping is only granted on store items that are clearly marked as a "Free Shipping" product. Within the 48 contiguous states (the lower 48 states), call toll free at (877)975-4332.Free Shipping can take 7-14 days to arrive. If you're not stoked on waiting that long (we know it's hard to wait), you can order the item directly from the website and choose any of these options: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Expedited shipping methods, however, are not included in the Free Shipping policy.
Shipments to the 48 Contiguous States
-All merchandize shipped to within the 48contiguous states will be shipped UPS ground unless requested other wise.
-Most products will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment. (We reserve the right for the occasional powder day.)

Shipments to Alaska, Canada and Hawaii
-All Alaskan, Canada and Hawaiian orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mai
- Canadian buyersare responsibleforall import duties and taxes. Your package is subject to customs, tariff, duty, Value added Tax (VAT), etc. And no, we do not offer the "this package is a gift, “wink, wink" option.
