Return policy

If, for whatever reason you decide you do not want the item:

- Merchandize must be received by us within 21 days from the day it was originally shipped by us.

-The customer is required to call our internet sales manager to receive a return authorization number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box.

-The merchandize must be unused and in pristine condition.

-Customer is responsible for return freight and insurance for the full purchase price.

-Freight costs are not refunded.

Shipping

-All merchandize shipped to within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped UPS ground unless requested other wise.

-Shipments to Canada and Alaska will be via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

-All merchandise will be shipped “insured” for the full value of the product.

-In some cases the customer may want to have the item shipped “signature required”, which can be done for $2.50. Please call us to arrange for this option. (Ask for the internet sales manager.)

-Most products will be shipped within 1to 2 business days of receiving payment. (We reserve the right for the occasional powder day.)

-We do offer expedited shipping upon request, Please call us for a quote. (Ask for the internet sales manager.)

Canadian Orders

-Buyer’s are responsible for all import duties and taxes.

-It is the responsibility of the buyer to research these before placing your order. ----We cannot mark items as gifts nor can we adjust the listed price of the item. –

-All shipments include insurance.

-All Canada orders shipped via United States Postal Service priority mail.

-Cost of shipping to Canada is $25 for the Nordica Beast 10 W.

Alaskan orders:

-All shipments to Alaska will be shipped United States Postal Services Priority Mail.

-Most shipments take 7 to 14 business days to receive.

-Cost of shipping to Alaska is $25 for the Nordica Beast 10 W.
