The new Metron 11 has less then it's last year's version. It's a little smoother, easier to ski yet retains plenty of power and edge hold. It's just not quite as turny as last year,which can be a good thing for most skiers.
We suggest the Atomic Neox 412 binding with this ski. At the fantastic price of $169.95! (with the purchase of a ski.) This is Atomic's high preformance binding which normally retails for $325.

Not if you crave G-force arcs at speed, which is why the Metron series won plenty of converts in its initial season. For others, though, it was a shade too&Austrian. Now Atomic has balanced the mix. The new M11 still aims to be as versatile as a ski can be, marrying a deep sidecut and race-sturdy construction to a waist width that likes powder as much as any midfat. But it's a more relaxed Metron--lighter, with a sidecut radius lengthened from 11/12 meters up to a more versatile 14/15.
RealSkiers.com named it thier choice for the one-ski quiver for advanced to expert level skiers in the Atomic line. They also said the most common word from thier tester's was "FUN".
