The Contact 4x4 was built for skiers who like the performance of race skis with the versatility of an all mountain ski. With a 75mm waist and a 16m turn radius, the Contact 4x4 is ideal for ripping on-trail while still being able to handle softer snow conditions. Not only is the shape new, but a new Fluid system has been designed which increases power at the front of the ski. Dual density full vertical sidewall construction also increases the ski's performance and stability.

Summed up--This ski was the BEST ski of all the skis I tested this year( 41 pair)!! It was smooth, stable at speed, predictable, accurate, had incredable edge hold, yet still fairly quick from edge-to-edge. Lay it over on edge and the you felt it's tenacious edge grip imediately...the tip pulling thru the turn...solid as a rock!! Very confidence inspiring. A very smooth stuck to the snow feel...It blew thru the junk like it wasn't there. Supprisingly this ski was fairly quick from edge-to-edge down the steep stuff and in moguls. It was also easy to vary the turn shape, something skis like these don't often do well.
