1) ONLINE: This is the easiest, fastest and a very secure method. Just complete the online ordering process. This can be securely used for checks as well as credit cards.
PayPal is the authorized payment processor for Health Lifeline. You can pay securely with PayPal, an eBay company.

2) MAIL ORDERS: Send your order by mail to:

Mail orders can be entered on the web site. This will allow you to print and send a copy of the order to us. Include your check or Money Order payable to Cleveland & Brooks for the total amount, including S & H, if applicable (see below). Be sure to provide your email address so that we can provide shipping information to you.
Orders paid by check are shipped immediately after the check clears (3 to 5 business days). If you wish to pay by check or money order for your order, you can save time and expense by using the PayPal eCheck option when checking out, instead of ordering by mail. You'll also receive your order faster and be covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: We attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders for in-stock items received by midday ET are usually shipped out by the next business day. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email with an approximate shipping date.
We keep your shipping costs to a minimum! Shipments are sent via USPS Priority (2 - 3 days in the continental USA). Our shipping and handling is only $6.95 for all USA orders, including Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO, FPO and PO boxes, and is free for USA orders of $80.00 or more.
Shipping rates for international orders will be quoted upon receipt of your order or inquiry. Based on current shipping costs, which usually range from USD $16.00 to USD $39.00 based on weight and destination for normal retail orders, and we recommend that international orders are large enough to be cost effective for you.

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will work with you to make it right. Because we provide personal care items, we cannot accept returns, but please let us know what your concern might be and we will work with you. However, damaged items may be returned for a refund, store credit or replacement. All claims must be made within two weeks of date shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except for damaged items.
