Gator Games & Hobby offers the following Returns Policy:

In-Store is a 10 day return, Unopened and Unused with Receipt. Full Refund
If opened and used: Case by Case basic, but we can give you our 'used' price.

On-Line - Please do not return a item unless you contact us first.
Please email or call for return within 10 days of Receiving your item, we try to guarantee our sales and give good descriptions.
If a new Item return, it has to be returned unopened and unused, we will take the item back for full return minus shipping.
If a used item, we will take the item back for full return minus shipping.
If we missed something missing especially of a USED item, like missing pages, please contact us for a full return.
If the game you bought is UNplayable due to missing pieces, please contact us for a full return
