This patch is the emblem of NASA's Constellation Program which is developing the next generation of manned space exploration systems. It is made by AB Emblems, the NASA Contractor for mission patches. The triangular shapes is four(4) inches in diameter.

NASA Constellation Program
The program to develop the technologies to take humanity back to the Moon and on to Mars has been labeled Constellation.
With the Space Shuttles scheduled for retirement in 2010, Constellation will soon be the most visible NASA activity. The program currently involves the development of the new lauch vehicles Ares I and Ares V, the Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV) named Orion, and the Extra Vehicular Systems (aka Space Suits) of the future.
