WARRANTY:

All products sold via eXplorePacks.Com® are new and are under manufacturer warranty. Defective products not returned within the specified limits of the return policy must adhere to the manufactors warranty and will not be accepted by eXplorePacks.Com®.

YOUR ACCOUNT:

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. eXplorePacks.Com® does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use eXplorePacks.Com® only with involvement of a parent or guardian. eXplorePacks.Com® and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:

eXplorePacks.Com® and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, eXplorePacks.Com® does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by eXplorePacks.Com® itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.


SALES TAX:

Orders placed by residence of North Carolina will be charged standard state tax rates for consumer goods.


SHIPPING:

Shipping times vary by designer, although most of your orders will ship within 1 to 3 days after you place your order (usually within 24 hours). Ground shipping will take approximately 2 to 7 days to arrive AFTER it leaves our warehouse and is FREE for registered users on single item purchases over $150.00 (tents excluded). If you would like faster delivery we offer 2nd day and next day express delivery at an additional charge. Again, 2nd day and next day deliveries will arrive 2 business days and 1 business day AFTER the processing period. All express charges will be shown to you before you finalize your order. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the expected delay. Additionally, eXplorePacks.Com will not be responsible for any shipping delays that occur after a valid tracking number has been issued to the customer.

All orders to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped by 2nd day or overnight express.

We only accept credit card orders from the United States and Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on their shipments. If you would like to place an order and reside in another country, you will need to pay by certified bank check or money order. Please send an email to sales@eXplorePacks.com telling us the item(s) you would like to order and the country where they will be shipped to. We will respond within 24 hours with your total charges.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, please use a physical street address for shipping.   
Free or reduced shipping promotions will be refunded no later than 24 hours after the purchase.
