Shipping information

Costs vary only slightly with the quantity of stamps ordered. We therefore DO NOT charge a variable amount for the shipping, handling or insurance of stamps for customers in the United States or Canada. Stamp shipping, handling, and insurance regardless of quantity is $2.00 per order. If Stamps are ordered with duck stamp or art prints we do not charge shipping for the stamps.

Stamp shipping and insurance outside Canada and the United States:

We welcome and appreciate your business, however there is often a need for special handling, shipping, or insurance to process your orders. Please contact us by phone, or include your e-mail address with your order and we will quote any required special handling before processing your order.

Print shipping, handling, and insurance for Prints:

When an item is placed in the shopping cart you have the option of entering your shipping address zip code for an early estimate of shipping charges.

The estimate provided may change when you provide additional information during final checkout. You will still be able to cancel or modify your order when the final shipping charge is calculated .

If you find the shipping estimator is not adding print shipping charges beyond our $2 minimum you will neeed to proceed further in the checkout process to get an accurate shipping charge quote. This can occur when your browser cache and the shipping estimator get "out of sync". You can reset your browser cache but we would suggest the easier solution is to go to the next stage of the checkout process for a final quotation of shipping charges. You will still have the option to modify or cancel your order at that time.

UPS Ground is our primary shipping method. We will occassionally use the postal service for small items.

UPS tells us that UPS ground shipping can take up to five days. It is typically faster. We are a small family business and typically will ship our UPS orders on Mondays. During the Christmas hoilday season we ship more frequently. Call if you need a quote for expedited shipping.

Our web site is linked to UPS and we use their shipping cost calculator to first estimated and then calculate a final shipping charge. The calculation is based upon the largest item's dimensions and an estimate of total shipping weight.

The shipping cost for a second print of the same size is much lower than the first . Shipping is priced on the estimated combined weight in a single package. We believe this method better captures actual shipping costs when compared to calculations based on the number of items ordered or a percentage of order size.

We can not ship prints to PO boxes.

Shipping Materials:

We use the highest quality protective materials when shipping your order. ALL PRINTS SHIPPED FLAT unless originally shipped from the publisher rolled (e.g. canvas prints). Stamps are shipped in high quality protective covers.

Shipping of Bronzes -- Please call for a final shipping quote.
