How long will it take for my package to get to me?
All packages are shipped out within 24 hours of the receipt of the order (and usually much sooner), orders placed by 11am PST usually ship the same day. Shipping times depend on the shipping method you select. FedEx ground will normally take 4-5 business days, but can take up to 7, depending on your location. FedEx 2nd Day shipping normally takes 2-3 days. FedEx overnight will arrive on the next day (from when it ships). Overnight orders must be placed by 9am PST to ensure same day shipping. International orders are shipped using either FedEx Overnight, which normally arrives the next day from when it is shipped or International Air Mail, which normally takes about a 1-2 weeks, but also depends largely on the destination country's postal service. Please allow up to 4 weeks for non FedEx international orders since some packages will be held up in customs in the destination country.
What payment methods do you accept?
The easiest and fastest way to pay is by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.We also accept payment by Pay Pal. We do not accept personal checks or Money Orders. We do not accept personal checks, Money Orders, or Pay Pal.
Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely. We have already shipped to many countries around the world, from Japan to Australia. We can get you the gear, regardless of where you are. International orders with billing addresses in the US must be authorized by the card holder's bank in the US. If you are placing such an order, please provide your bank's US phone number so that the charge can be authorized. *Please remember that international orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Digital Gravel. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.*
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on FedEx and USPS ship rates and depend on the size of the order and the shipping method you select.
Do you have a paper catalog you can send me?
No, unfortunately we don't. With all the frequent updates we have and our policy of only taking orders for goods that are in stock, it would be impossible to maintain an effective paper catalog. In any case, we are sure you will find that the online store provides for a more interactive and efficient shopping experience than ever possible with a paper catalog. Plus, its about time you got a computer.
Are there other ways to order besides ordering online?
No. For now, we only take orders online. For security purposes we do not take phone orders or orders through email.
Can I return something I ordered?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund *as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed, damaged, and are in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping and handling is not refundable. *Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a refund and items returned within 30 days will be issued store credit. Return Instructions: 1) Circle the item(s) you are returning. 2) Indicate the reason you are returning the item (s). Write to the right of item description. 3) Indicate whether you would like a refund or store credit* 4) Do not send returns C.O.D. They will not be accepted!

Exchanges We do not do exchanges. We issue credit for your returned item upon receipt, and you can place an order for a new item at your discretion. If you think the item might sell out by the time we credit you back, you are more than welcome to place your replacement order now.
I never received my order, what should I do?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. Never fear, if your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
How can I get my clothing line featured on your site?
To submit your clothing line for consideration on our site, please mail us a catalog of your goods (click here for contact info). Even though we will review every catalog we receive, please understand that we receive many such requests and there is no way that we can carry all the gear that is submitted to us.
Can I get free stickers?
All orders are shipped with free stickers from Digital Gravel and some of the clothing companies you see on our site. To receive even more Digital Gravel stickers, just send us a self-addressed stamped envelope and we'll hook you up. (click here for contact info).
