The front print features a full print graphic of Julius Erving, aka Dr. J, frozen in a stance that became synonymous with the mastery over his domain... his fully extended outstretched leap during the 1976 Slam Dunk Competition finals. The back print keeps the domination theme going with a print of the statue of Julius Caesar that resides in the Louvre museum in Paris as a tribute to the ancient roman political leader and conqueror. Pangaea was the supercontinent that is theorized to have existed during the Paleozoic and Mesozoic eras about 250 million years ago, before the component continents were separated into their current configuration. The breakup and formation of supercontinents appears to be cyclical, and with this graphic Acropolis is theorizing new formations of the continents continue to move. We might add that on a symbolic level, this graphic reminds us that all great countries and empires eventually fall... 'Mercury' t-shirt

Dee Brown and his infamous Reebok Pump powered 'look-mom-no-eyes' dunk is paralleled in this graphic to the deity Mercury from Greek mythology. The young dunker gets winged feet in a teal print courtesy of the good folk at 'Acropolis', like Mercury's winged shoes talaria that helped him be the bad ass messenger that he was known to be. Also of interest, Mercury was also considered a god of abundance and commercial success... hmmm... perhaps a nod to Brown's own pimping of the Reebok brand, by needless pumping of his kicks prior to the contest winning dunk?
