Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt if item was misrepresented on site, or error occured. Item must be returned in new condition. Saddles must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in new condition & a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the buyer. Return authorization on saddles is required.
