PAYMENT METHODS
1) We accept online payment via: Paypal, Credit card (MC, Visa, AMEX) through the website.
2) We accept Cashiers Checks and Money Orders (packages are sent once payment clears)
3) We can also send electronic invoices to your email address. You can pay electronic invoices via Credit Card, or Paypal.
As of OCT. 1, 2008, WE NO LONGER PROCESS CREDIT CARDS TRANSACTIONS OVER THE PHONE. (If you prefer to pay via Credit card, but not through the website, please contact us, and we will be happy to send an electronic invoice to your email address as stated in #3. Payment can then processed via your credit card).
All published prices are only valid on the date of the order placed and are held for 5 days from date of order placed.
All payments are due within 5 days of order date.

BRAND NEW PARTS RETURNED WHICH ARE UNOPENED, UNINSTALLED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING:
Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility unless otherwise noted.
All NOS Discontinued Parts & Electrical parts are non-returnable/non-refundable
All returns must be pre-authorized and assigned a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) All returned merchandise must have an RMA accompanied with merchandise. Any merchandise returned must unused, uninstalled, and sent it in it's complete and original packaging as originally received. Upon receipt of the return merchandise, a product evaluation will be performed.
NOTE: ANY RETURNED PARTS THAT SHOW SIGNS OF INSTALLATION OR USE, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If the part is defective, refer to "defective return policy"
Parts returned up to 30 days after date of purchase may be entitled to a partial refund upon evaluation.
Parts returned from 31 days-60 days after date of purchase may be entitled to a partial store credit.

All defective returns must be pre-authorized and assigned a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) All returned merchandise must have an RMA accompanied with merchandise. Any defective merchandise returned must sent it in it's complete and original packaging as originally received. Upon receipt of the returned defective merchandise, a product evaluation will be performed. Depending on the evaluation of the returned parts, we will contact you regardting product resolution.
NOTE: DEFECTIVE PARTS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR AN EQUAL REPLACEMENT PART, IF THE RETURN FALLS WITHIN THE STANDARDS OF OUR RETURN POLICY.
Defective parts which accompany an RMA (other than electrical parts) may be returned up to 60 days after date of purchase.
