All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Unless it's our mistake. Refunds are based on the original purchase price. Shipping is NOT refunded. No refunds will be given after 20 days after purchase. Please contact us first before returning any item. The item must be returned to us for inspection prior to issuing a credit. Please do NOT send item back without talking to us first and obtaining an authorization.
